Tyler1 is a professional ass hole, I am not sure his opinion is valid.

It's also an incorrect statement, but his logic is flawed but sesible by his own thoughtprocess.

As Tyler1 phrased it: He regularly issued death-threats to players in both the new and old system of League (and it's punishments), and is still playing and streaming because he makes/buys new accounts and doesn't breach ToS on Twitch.

GrossGore performed slander and defamation of character to an individual (Krepo) and then orchestrated a TwitchRaid of harassment and negativity for/with alleged evidence that Krepo was involved with a minor and was performing alleged blackmailing to Krepo to not be involved with the female in question.

As far as Twitch is concerned, Tyler1 is not breaking thier Terms of Service -- As far as Riot Games is concerned, that's a different topic of discussion.

But GrossGore? He violated several different protections and agreements in the Terms of Service, and deserved to be held accountable for his actions -- Same as Krepo, should he be in the legal wrong.

GrossGore had way more followers than Tyler1 did and I'm sure that made a huge difference.

Follower and Sub count means nothing to tell them to commit an act of active agression.

That actually makes it worse.

easier to get the message thru to a large audience when someone that is more visible gets punished. setting examples with high profile cases isn't out of the ordinary for most companies
