When RekSai is diving to feed on purpose and then going on fontain to make tunnels nest, Liss who never used his TP except on his lane the entire game and yet kept flaming us for feeding her laner and top laner who went AFK at 15 mins because he gets tilted... how come I get BAN for this bullsht. Honestly I think I was even way too nice with my team judging the way they played the game. This is 2nd time I get banned for nothing and I understand this topic ain't gonna change sht but still... isn't the game meant for +16 since it has violence in it.... Why you give so unfair restrictions? Completely uncut chat log: 25 games chat ban worthy I guess.

The system for chat based punishments is automated. Just looking at this one game I can see asking for reports and general flaming, which is behavior worthy of a punishment. You aren't judged solely off of one game though; if the system sees a history of constant negative behavior it will give you a punishment. Speaking of, you should have been given three games of logs, which should be able to viewed in client after logging in.

What does a game being "16+" have to do with this? Even if you were right, being older doesn't excuse terrible behavior.

In regards to your question in the title, the community decides what is punishable.

The system learns what is offensive within the community based on the report it recieves, and when you get enough valid reports against you, you'll get punished.

giving up early asking for reports calling others retards threatening to AFK calling people as kids

That's quite a lot of offenses in 1 chat, and there is probably more than 1 game's worth of chat logs.

So do you understand a little better why you were punished?

In regards to whether they were punished, you won't get a notification if your report was building towards their case. It'll only give you a notification if it was the report that punished someone, and we aren't sure if it gives out notifications for chat restrictions.

BTW, you only have 2 punishment chances left. 14-day ban, and then it will be a permaban.
