Another Permaban

I just don't know what to do. I got banned for a 3rd party program. I do not use them, never have, never will. I have seen several posts on here about people saying the same thing. I have tried everything I can think of. I only play on one computer. I have 2 accounts, 1 played earlier in the day with the wife, and 1 played for ranked. My ranked one, the one with so much time and money invested has been banned.

I feel I'm being called a cheat with no way to prove otherwise. It takes about a full day for a response, and I'm here just pondering options. I've pretty much assumed that posting here is pointless, other than to get it off my chest. I'm just so flustered I don't know what to do. Even if I accept that account is gone, lose the 500 bucks, time, money. Would I not just be banned again on another account?

I am just broken, this game means a lot to me, even if just a game. I have no way to communicate with anyone about it, they said to consider it closed, no way to stop it from happening. I am forced to quit a game that means this much to me.

I guess for the record - I have downloaded a 3 games from steam, and 1 from battlenet, and a comcast softphone. Nothing else has been downloaded on this computer, ever. I do not use any macros, I'v had the same equip for years, nobody has my info, etc.

This is goodbye? :(

From what i have seen there is nothing you can do i just made a post on this board with proof that riot can make mistakes when it comes to banning people and the content was removed and all i did was explain how one of my accounts that was "permanently suspended" was given back to me because i did nothing wrong and they removed it because the subject is something that should not posted on the boards but within support... However you have a post right here with the same subject that hasnt been removed and going to support would do nothing for me since my account is given back to me i was proving a point to riot to help out another friend and to prove that riot can make mistakes but whatever i guess.

Here is the thing. every fucking one of these "i wasnt useing a 3rd party program" thread HAVE THE SAME FUCKING STORY. its copy pasted.

This one is almost word for word the exact as one that was posted a month or so ago.

Same thing happened to me yesterday man, never used 3rd party software in my life. They perma banned my main with over $100 of riot points into it. When I put a ticket in they said they were positive I was cheating and talked down to me. So upsetting, Riot fucked up
