Have been banned for over 3 months for violation of rules, yet I have not broken any rules that I am aware of and I have not been toxic at all. Would someone help me to work out why I have been banned?
2100 is a compromised account according to the code banning list;

Use Ctrl+F and type 2100. If you account was banned because it was compromised then you may be able to recover it if you contact support again, and tell them the code was 2100. Riot bans accounts that are compromised until the rightful owner can regain access.
Check your email. If not there, login to your account in case of Toxicity since you can find your Reform Cards in there.
Contact Riot.
You violated a rule somewhere you may not be aware of.
Maybe enough people reported you.

Just for clarity, they won't tell you exactly what illegal actions they caught on your account because they don't want you to know what you didn't get caught for. It's a measure to prevent people skirting punishment by only doing the things that Riot doesn't know how to effectively catch yet.
They might tell you "You were caught MMR boosting" or "Using illegal 3rd party software", but they won't explain how.
