I truly believe I didn't deserve this ban. I had a troll support, and a mid laner who was friends with this person which did tick me off a little, but still... Eventually I muted them both and half the chat is talking to the enemy team, bantering. joking. If theres another way to get the entire full chat message me (Including the other people on my team).

There were two other game logs that were provided to you, in all three you were verbally abusing and harassing other players in your games. Before the permanent suspension was issued to your account you had a two week suspension issued to you for the same behavior, and before that you were issued multiple chat restrictions. Your punishment is indeed justified.

One game doesn't decide whether you get a ban or not. To qualify for a ban, you need to be reported over many, many games, receive a warning in the form of at least one chat restriction and usually also a temporary ban, ignore those warnings, and continue being negative for even more games before your last straw, which happened to be this game.
