ive had chat restrivtions now i cant get hextech crating boxes or keys
it says due to restrictions previously on this account you're not able to receive anything. Does this ever go away because my s ranks don't get my anything now which is upsetting

Just pretend like you're playing on a patch before crafting came out. Ratings didn't get you anything then either. You're not missing out on anything, just a lot of fun crafting.
