Perma ban ?

Today I was banned permanently without a real reason because of "toxic" I sent a mail on the riot of the counter but it does not answer me, can you help from here?

Riot punishes based on consistancy x severity. You chat, while minor In severity, does show consistency. So you were punished for that.

There are 4 tiers of punishment:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 14 day ban
  4. Permaban

In your 14 day ban, you were clearly told that your next ppunishmnet will be a permaban. So yes, this deserves a permaban.

If you log in you should receive a chat log. If after reading it you can't understand why you were banned please post the chat logs and I am sure the community will help to understand it.

Funny how so many people don't read (or at the very least understand) when Riot tells them the next one will be a ban.
