Perma ban ?

Today I was banned permanently without a real reason because of "toxic" I sent a mail on the riot of the counter but it does not answer me, can you help from here?

Riot punishes based on consistancy x severity. You chat, while minor In severity, does show consistency. So you were punished for that.

There are 4 tiers of punishment:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 14 day ban
  4. Permaban

In your 14 day ban, you were clearly told that your next ppunishmnet will be a permaban. So yes, this deserves a permaban.

This season i no had 10 game chat rest,25 and 14 days ban.My last 14 days ban was season 6

Yea, that's not enough for you to drop a punishment tier, you probably stayed at the 14-day ban tier, so when you were punished again, it turned into a permaban.

its based on games played, not time.

When you've had a 14-day ban account, it will stay at that tier if you didn't play.

you can pick that and ask them to forward you over to the behavior team.

If you log in you should receive a chat log. If after reading it you can't understand why you were banned please post the chat logs and I am sure the community will help to understand it.
