A change to report system?

Has riot ever considered making possible to report players for being unskilled? If so for what reason would they choose to leave it out, I feel like it would ease the tension between toxic and low level players if not by a lot at least a little

They removed that option because it didn't do anything and was basically a placebo report. There is nothing wrong with being unskilled. It's not a toxic or reportable behaviour.

Well as much as I'd like to think that's true I believe in my opinion that's not true (respectfully),like what about players who refuse to listen I'm talking about feeders who do not count for bad behavior or intentional feed but still ruins the game for others. I can't help to feel it's a bit unfair

They removed the feature that isn't useful anymore, that's mostly because of the fact that you can go out with a hard carry or come out getting hard carried, everyone has those games and because having a bad game could lead to someone getting upset about them, it's a possible mis-use of the report feature.

Edit: You can also put feeders under the intentional feeding, unsportsmanlike and/or Negative Attitude. If they dont respond most likely they have you mute, dont forget to take that into account.

So if the player isn't trying to intentionally feed but does anyways for arguments sakes say, not listening to pings, contributing to the team, chasing, not communicating with others,or troll picking in a lane they know they can't handle..they can be reported for feeding? If not the type of feeders I'm talking about are the unintentionals

Are these normal games??? Blind pick nobody knows match up prior to getting into game, so kinda hard to blame a teemo losing to darius top lane. you declared troll pick, can you give an example of a match up?

What your describing isn't feeding, it sounds like a bad match up. Which happens in normals as you don't know going into the game what it will look like if you go 1/20 in a 20 min game, chances are good its intentional feeding 1/6 is just a bad game- not feeding intent

off-meta picks is not a punishable offense.

Gotta give people room to experiment and room to fail.

only if the feeding is done intentionally mate.

They're just bad players. Nothing you can do. Through losing games their mmr drops and they are matched with worse and worse players until they're in a spot with roughly a 50/50 chance of winning a game. Sometimes they're just inexperienced and other times they're just bad all around at the game but it's not something punishable. Getting better comes with time.

unskilled was a way to report riots match makign system more so than an individual player.

Riot considered and used it, but it really holds no value now

I feel like there should be a use for it, like situations where a player is matched up in a game where he doesn't belong and ruins the game for people as it's happened to me a few times it can be frustrating and leaves me with very little to do other than suck it up or else be punished for someone else's lack of ability or they're inability to work as a team

ranked, seperates people into elos elos keep people from playing vs others who are outside their bracket generally

tbf you're level 11, the game is very imbalanced at that part of the game. you see bots to level 30's the game doesn't really beign until you hit 30 so 1-30 is just a tutorial of sorts

in addition you do have a normal mmr, as you win more normal games you will be matched with better players

Yeah that's true thanks for the insight
