I find it really painful when some random dude who got carried by his team saying EZ in the chat. I am wondering if this is reportable.

Apparently it is, but hey, it's someone's opinion on the game. Are they only allowed to think the game was difficult? I think reporting for it is incredibly oversensitive unless the guy's spamming it.

To be fair, the sentiment gg ez is rarely meant to be "whew I had a good relaxing time" and usually connotes "wow you guys are trash, and I'm going to mock you for it."

I wouldn't report somebody just for that, but the background implications makes gg ez real ly a negative remark.

That's true but it's not explicitly stated so everything you just said is just assumption based on the way it's usually used. They didn't actually call anyone an idiot or trash etc.

from experience, people say "ez, gg ez, izi af, izi noobs" etc. no matter how close the match actually was. it could've been all inhibs down on both sides, nexus exposed on both and a rush to who backdoors first, it's still "ez".

I mean let's be real here, it's almost exclusively used to be condescending towards the opposing team.

GG EZ is reportable under the 'PLAYER HARASSMENT' tick.

could also file an 'unsportsmanlike conduct' for it as well.

there was a red topic on it awhile back when it started to become a thing last year.

Why can't people be mature enough to respect their team and opponents. I guarantee that guy who said gg ez is the exact same person who will flame his team around every corner.

Technically anything is reportable.

Punishable though? Perhaps. It all depends on his overall attitude in the game, and whether that player is consistently negative. No idea if "GG EZ" can be the sole reason to get punished.

But if you want to report I would recommend "Unsportsmanlike Conduct" :)

It helps though. When you finally build a case against a certain player it's useful to know what otherwise minor things they tend to do.
