The intentional feeder ban system is more or less non-existent because riot doesn't care as long as people don't say rude things that hurt other people's feelings. I'm starting to think riot was bought out by disney.
So, I used logic and I'm calling you out on being a douche in a norms to a new player
1)The Fiora is a new player (pre 30).
They are going up a Plat player while your whole team is Silver and them new.
They still did as much damage as the true damage dealing Ahri
The Intentional Feeder Ban System doesn't punish players for feeding in one game. The player would need to exhibit this behavior over the course of very few games to warrant a punishment.
Just checked that Fiora history, its suspicious...He had: 0/12/3 Taric 3/17/5, 2/15/13 Fiora 4/18/13 Draven 0/12/1, 0/14/1 Teemo 1/14/0, 6/17/10 Morde 2/15/5 Amumu
The problem with the intentional feed report is, that it's way overused. Everyone gets reported for this even though it wasn't intentional like 90% of the time.
In the end, the system just doesn't care anymore ...
Its probably a bot tbh. If what the people below me say is true. If they are feeding that badly, and running into lane. Even if they auto attack, I can see it being bot. Most bots run Heal and Ghost (They get first item boots) from what I noticed.
Its pretty common to see when leveling an account. I once went up against a full group of them on one of my smurfs and I got one of my few quadras kill at level 1 :)
