ive just got perma banned without a warning, no chat restrict, no 1 or 14 day ban, just got straight to perma banned. the most ive come close to tribunal is me afking 1 time and having low priorty queue for 5 games. The worst part is i didnt recieve an email saying why i was banned. didnt know that could happen.
It's not a behavior issue, but the account is locked. You'll need to contact Player Support to get it sorted out.

Send an email to support. The most likely thing is that your account has been compromised and they've locked it in order to ensure that no one other than you logs into it.
Make sure you're checking the email address that's linked to your account. Also, you should get a punishment report when you attempt to log in. This report should have some of your chat logs included for your benefit so you can avoid the behavior that got you banned in the future.
Try logging into your account. There should be a reform card there if it's due to behaviour.
If not, it could be the result of suspicious activity (so they locked your account to protect it) or due to something like issuing a chargeback, which would also trigger locking the account.
