Bots in ARAM...?

I can't be the only person that's on these forums that have experienced this. People I've played with on my team and the enemy team have had encounters with these "bots". They go straight down the lane to the enemy turret and repeat the process, feeding the entire game. They don't speak, they have no Keystone mastery, they seem to run the same masteries... Ignite, Barrier and/or Ignite, Ghost. I've been experiencing this with every single ARAM game I play, for a week+ now. Others have said they've been dealing with it a bit longer. All I know is it's sickening and it really ruins the fun for everyone. I report every bot I encounter, as do the others in the game. But is there anything at all being done about this?

I was told that, by another player, that these are botters that are leveling an account to 30 just to sell it. Whether that's true or not... Any answer and information about this from Riot would be super swell because it's beyond the point of irritating now.

MUCH AGREED! Holy crap, I have encountered this SO much and it's increasingly aggravating. I'm at the point where I see what's going on and chalk up that game to an automatic loss. AND IT CONTINUES TO HAPPEN. It's so rampant now that there will be games with even 2 bots on one team, of course I report but does that even really work??? With the increase of bots in ARAM comes with my decreasing trust in Riot's Report a Player program....

It really sucked because we weren't even able to surrender with just a 3/2 vote. I think voting should be required. If you don't say yes or no then those don't count The vote is only out of those who have voted, not out of the 5 when 2 of them didn't even contribute.

My partner and I encounter boting in every game we play. It's ridiculous. We played a game today that had 3 bots in it. They are all scripted to do the same exact thing. No items, scripted to say the same things, either WTF or PUSH. It is ridiculous. We report them for cheating (Using a 3rd party program) but I know it will do no good. Riot just doesn't seem to care about it.

Not that they don't care, but there's nothing they can do about it, as long as creating account remains easy and free.

I just had an enemy team of 5 bots. There was a person in front, Karthus, and the other 4 members would stack behind the turret. When Karthus would get close to us or engaged upon, the enemy team would all collapse immediately like clockwork, and never miss anything while all target selecting like an LCS team (or a script!) You can probably get a level 30 account for less than it costs to buy a couple exp/ip boosts.

I see bots all the time in aram.

You can usually tell if its a bot if they don't type in chat after being talked to directly or not playing the game. For example, I had 2 bots on the same team and they were dancing behind tower. I also bought a skin boost yesterday in ARAM and the Graves didn't use a skin at all, despite having one unlocked. It's seriously frustrating to see bots, because you know that with anyone else it is much easier to win.
