How long does reformation for loot boxes usually take?

I was 14 day banned about 6 months ago. I haven't had a "you have been reported" message pop up since. I am trying really hard to be a model citizen. I am still illegible for loot boxes :C I just want to experience all the fun! I was banned before loot boxes were even existent on league. I don't know how they can make me illegible for receiving if I was unbanned by the time they were released.

I was recently muted and got loot back after about a week and a half. Maybe its longer if you're banned. I have no idea try sending in a support ticket.

100% random. Took me about 5 months before ever becoming eligible, showing that I was reformed, only to be permabanned the next day.
