Sometimes i can be toxic but not that mutch i just say what i feel.
That right there is an issue, while we all get heated and irritated by certain things that happen in games it is never acceptable to turn toxic against them not only does this make an incredibly negative environment for the other players on your team but it is also more likely to make the situation worse.
My second issue is you got perma banned which means one of two things.

You already had some kind of warning to change your behavior 10 day chat restriction -> 28 day chat restriction -> 14 day ban, you chose to ignore all of these and continue with behavior you yourself admitted was toxic.

You were so toxic/said something on riots "zero tolerance" list that you skipped punishment tears despite you claiming that you're only slightly toxic.
And i have spend 1000 danish money on it. and i think the money is just gone. I want the money so i can get it back.
The only way riot offers "refunds" is through the official refund system, getting banned eliminates the possibility of you getting any kind d of refund as stated in their terns of use.
Your only choice at this point is to start a new account and take a look at your behavior, figure out what you did wrong and change your ways so it doesn't happen again.
