Did I deserve an entire 10 game chat restriction on my first offense?

considering 10 game chat restrict IS the first offence... yea.

There's nothing here that says you don't deserve otherwise.

It is important to note that while you were shown just 1 log it doesn't mean it was your only game the punishment was based on. It takes way more than one game of toxicity to get to a punishment with the exception of the zero tolerance topics (of which none are in this log). Therefore you have shown a pattern of toxicity over time and it has caught up to you.

yes you deserved your punishment

you were flaming nonstop , verbally abusive and created a toxic environment that every one else in your game had to be part of

You disrupted your team with your constant flow of complaints, you alienated at least one if not more of your team due to your attitude, and you requested people report said team member. The last is directly against terms of service which you agreed to by creating an account.

With that and other people's points, yes, I feel the punishment is deserved.

Hopefully you take this as a learning experience for your future interactions ingame.

While this may have been the only game included with your Reform Card, it is pretty filled with insults and complaints against Gragas. If I'm understanding the logs correctly, the guy came up to your lane, fed your laner a kill, and then proceeded to either die in your lane, or get you killed every time he came up after that. That's enough to make anyone frustrated, which is perfectly reasonable and understandable. Where it crosses the line is when you begin to berate him, which is the third line of text. And it continues throughout the entire log. Calling him useless, idiot, trash, trolling, atrocious, criticizing his plays, and calling for reports on him multiple times. These sorts of things are not only unnecessary, they are not helpful to the game. Constantly berating a teammate is never going to make them play better, and is only going to risk demoralizing the rest of your team.

Bottom line, these logs are very much so against the Terms of Use, and definitely warrant a punishment. The level of punishment is determined entirely based upon what levels of punishment the account has already incurred. As this was your first, it's a 10 game chat restriction. If this sort of behavior continues, then it will progress to a 25 game chat restriction, and so forth.

  • First Offense: 10 Game Chat Restriction
  • Second Offense: 25 Game Chat Restriction
  • Third Offense: Two Week Suspension
  • Fourth Offense: Permanent Suspension

However, it is possible to skip to a Two Week or Permanent suspension based on the severity of the behavior in the game. Excessive negative behavior can result in a Two-Week or Permanent suspension at any time without having a chat restriction on the account.
