Leveling a new account for fun is impossible these days because of banned players (Poll)

I recently wanted to make a new account for ARAMS only. The problem I found is that while leveling you run in to dozens of the worst players on league playing to level up new accounts because their old main accounts have been banned. They int in your games if you don't do what they want and due to the smaller number of players playing pre lvl-30 you are very very likely to be placed in their game again and again. You actually have to wait until you think they'll be in a game before queuing again or simply stop playing.

I think new accounts associated with the same ip as a banned account should have their reports more closely considered. Riot hasn't been doing as good of a job taking care of that as they used to. My friends and I agree that once every 15 or so games we run into someone that is someone absolutely deserving of being punished in some way for ruining the entire game for others. This is about 5 times as likely from what I've noticed leveling my new account. Fix it.

This is why no one new is picking up this game.

If im not mistaken, Riot actually does that. Hence why a lot of low level accounts get punished quicker because more often than not it is a smurf or a ban account holder who made a new account. It does suck for people who legit want to make a new account, or actual new players. But there is little that can be done to help combat this.

I actually do have a low level account, but i just play Vs Ai and try to report bots, or just to chill. I think ive only played a handful of PVP matches on that account as it usually when there is an event!
