Pre-game Lobby bming needs a report system as well

While there currently isn't a way to report people while you're in the pre-game lobby, that chat is still recorded and used in verbal abuse reports.

Most people that are toxic in the lobby are toxic in-game as well, so pre-game reporting hasn't been seen to be a very necessary function. The new Champ Select coming up will most likely be reducing a lot of pre-game toxicity though, because more people will get the roles they want (supposably because that is the cause of much of it). Lyte has stated that if pre-game toxicity is still too much of a problem after that, they will consider a pre-game reporting feature.
