Complaint about Low Priority Queue

So I was playing a ranked game with my friend on 1/28/2016 at 8:28 PM EST when we finished champion select my client crashed. It crashed 3 times before allowing me to join the game. This then put me 9 levels behind the top laner I was against and was around 17 minutes in so there was very little for me to do not to mention he counter picked me as I was Pantheon. I ended up getting killed around 6 times and we ended and I was 0/6/0 and Of course I was salty but I didn't flame or even type to be honest. Then when I had finished the game and was going to play another when this bullshit appears, YOU HAVE A Low priority queue for the next 5 games, which is BS because this wasn't my fault because i didn't even AFK my client just died and wouldn't allow me to join the game until late which was not my fault. This means that I have to wait 40 min for a game before I can play 5 times. As a customer for riot I believe that things like this need to be looked into and I don't feel like playing of the 40 minute queue that I don't even deserve as I have spent over 200 dollars or so on League of Legends. If any one from riot is reading this I want you to look into and can fix what has happened hear otherwise I most likely will not be Playing league of legends any time soon or if it is not going to get lifted then maybe not forever.

A lot of people have trouble when a new patch comes out, you should submit a ticket because it sounds like your client is buggy (probs a bad install or a file got corrupted.
