Perm banned for toxicity when I didnt say anything actually toxic
the ban system is actually bullshit. Ive been banned for things I could say in a pre k class and not get even a dirty look like wtf homies.

When people like this don't post their chat logs, it generally means they a) believe in things without evidence, since that's what they're expecting us to do, or b) know they're wrong and should be banned.

I got a 14 day ban for saying "kys" to a friend of mine, they have a strict system. Here's the LINK to the post I just put up.
Sounds like you got a ban when you didn't deserve to. Maybe you could send a support ticket. If they don't unban, then they don't deserve your time and money here.
