Riot recently unbanned a lot of accounts because they found the third party ban system was innacurate, please check if you are still banned.

Also gosu isn't banned for scripting, some person on reddit tried to get him banned but failed as his(the accuser) "evidence" turned out to be false. Riot doesn't detect scripts based on their spaghetti code. they probably check for: 1: a constant input(like 10000 apm or a constant 120 apm) 2: a program that runs next to it but seems connected. 3: changed source files 4: edit errors in the imput.
