The surrender system needs to be revamped
As the title says, why do you need 4 votes to surrender when 3 is a majority? its just way to easy for premades to troll..... it should be 3 or just remove the option to surrender....

the requirement is 66% for a surrender vote to work in case of the remake its any %
66% can only be achieved by 4/5 3/4 2/3 so the surrender function works well for the major games modes summoners rift and twisted treeline
UNPOPULAR OPINION WARNING.
i think what needs to be done, is make it so surrender votes are no longer anonymous, that way, it's easier to tell whether someone is voting no because theyre legitimately trying, or if they are intentionally stalling the game just to prevent people from leaving, and make the latter a reportable offense, since it's honestly one of the most toxic things someone can do in league
if it was 3, Premades could easily troll the other way and surrender winnable games to spite people.
People who spam surrender every time it is available should have some sort of punishment.
If you call for a surrender and you get downvoted as the only person who wants it twice you should get automatically blocked from being able to surrender for the rest of the game.
I have personally seen several games where I have won where a summoner constantly spams surrender. Just another troll mechanism that needs limitation.
Get rid of surrender. Rework post game rewards.
