I have a little question here, I just got rid of the 14 days ban ( quite unfair if u ask me but nvm ), I have a question now I am ( patch 7.10) Plat and gold in flex 5v5 , am I still eligible to get the gold rewards ( skin , summoner icon , and the Loading screen frame ) ? So I know if is pointless to 
into Diamond

But I am not getting any rewards even I played myself to platinum iv this season. Both flexes to gold. I main Graves and victorious skin is for him. I am getting nothing. I think that's kinda unfair since it is my first ban and I try hard every single ranked so I get mad easily if someone is intentionally feeding, away from keyboard, trolling, etc.. I know I should not flame anyone anymore, but if I am getting nothing in this season.. I think I have to say goodbye for league and play pubg. Platinum border and victorious skin were my motivation and it is all gone. There are like million yasuo players who play with 2/17/1 KDA and they never get banned. :) I appreciate your work rito. But there was no one, just 5 friends playing and having banter as per usual. I was finally given a better riot supports person who explained they are apologetic for claiming I had excessive negative behavior, but the reason for my ban was not because of bad behavior but because Riot is working towards a better community and to do so, such phrases and bad language (no matter what context it is used in) used by players will receive punishment as it is a phrase they would like to get rid of completely. So by excusing my penalty because it was in their wrong for interpreting the context 'kys' was used in differently than implied, would allow them to excuse other people as well. Which is why they didn't want to lift my suspension because everyone else would also bicker about their unfair penalties. Feelsbadman

Lmao, i got banned for exactly the same thing, wrote "kys xD "to my friend because he was spamming taric emote and enemy team reported me for backdoor and i got banned for writing kys to my friend. I was actually surprised that Riot support were so not concerned about it , Was really sad as i never been toxic at all in this game, riot support really did a bad job

I don't see how that is even fair, seeing as the people who got banned before this period ALSO GOT BANNED, WHICH PUTS THEM IN THE SAME POSITION AS US. But unfortunately, Riot claim they are a very fair company, however, it doesn't seem to be the case. I know this is an old post but i also recieved a 14 day ban a month ago for just saying "kys", I think it is like a blacklisted word as with me it was grabbed completely out of context and after submitting a ticket they basically responded with the answer a bot would give you. So after that i submitted another ticket to the employee stating that this was not making any sense since i said it to a friend in like a semi troll way and it wasnt meant as an assault to which they responded 'sorry we can not help you, you broke the summoners code,...'. Pretty sad this million dollar company can not seem to care about improving on the report system. Although i still love playing league, this really is a pain to see happening.

The amount of time and money ive put into this game is stupid, ive played since the end of s3 and have spent over 2k yikes. I feel like you should be ineligible to receive the rewards, only if you're a repeat offender. The first ban should be a warning to actually learn from the mistakes you've made. This whole situation with reward and being 'ineligible' to earn them is so bs, esp when ive grinded hard to get my desired rank. Im just saying this is a little too harsh for people who only received one ban in their whole time playing league.

After checking out Riot season rewards I saw "Players issued a ban of seven days or more from 8/22/2017 are ineligible for this year’s rewards." So I'm pretty depressed now. Lost my honour to 0, suspended on something that I didn't know that could get you banned, so now I do and lastly no season rewards. Sigh :(

Here is a link to a post about the end of season rewards and how players were locked out of them for last season (2016) from Elduris, Arbiter Extraordinaire, with clarification on specific punishments and a quote from his post:
Yes, some players are ineligible for rewards because of negative in-game behavior. This applies only to the 2016 season. Here are the details:
- Players with bans or chat restrictions active when the season ends are ineligible for this year’s rewards.
- Players issued a ban of seven days or more in the three months prior to the end of the season (from August 7 on) are ineligible for this year’s rewards.
- Players banned for boosting during the 2016 season remain ineligible for rewards.
- Players who experienced fraud-related and erroneous bans will still be eligible.
All players will have another chance at future ranked season rewards.
