Hi, I played and beat Mario Brothers at 3 yrs old in 1987. I have the most experience out of anyone playing video games and I prove it only the daily grind out of bronze. Bronze truly is hell that's why they call it bronze hell. It's a nickname known through league. I know this, like many other facts. I live by the facts game by the facts and believe league should also listen to the facts and apply them. I have the right to verbally challenge other players on either team, that's why there is an all chat button and team chat button. Not to limit me in any way from do what I think is best for the team. In bronze it's part psychological. I have to tilt the other team in order to give myself an advantage. tilting is referring to making the other team worry about their emotions. This has a great increase in game wins. I will challenge the other teams to a mind game as you will because it is the right of every gamer to challenge each player with all of their being and shooting me down and my logic is shooting yourself in the foot because the gamer's matter. I am fully involved in my game play take that from me and you can KEEP THIS SHITTY GAME that I've played for 5 years and am stuck with gamer's who are not serious and do not deserve to be on any RANKED team. Fix your game!

I tell people here this allot: the more time to spend typing and trying to verbally abuse and harass other players the less time you spend actually playing the game itself. If you feel like you have to try to tilt the enemy team in order to win then it just shows that your skills aren't as good as they could be. Friendly banter is fine, harassment is not, and if you've received a punishment then it means that you've crossed the line into harassment territory. Post your entire unedited chat logs here if you want help understanding why you were punished.

The fact is like I told the other gentlemen. I don't harrass. I simply point out everyones mistakes in hopes that they will change for the better. Everyone in bronze needs to be told what to do. Ever since I started this way the last 3 months I have brought my win ratio up tremendously. Because I don't let people just fuck up!

Well there's your problem. If you're spending the bulk of your time in-game constantly pointing out other people's mistakes then it's only natural that they're gonna get annoyed with you. If they mess up then chances are they already know it so they don't need you pointing it out constantly. It's fine that you want to help people out but you should try to focus more on your game rather than on others. A friendly tip here and there is fine, but constantly pointing out others mistakes is just gonna get them annoyed with you and have them be less likely to listen to you. Again though without the chat logs you're not gonna get much in the way of help here, so I would highly recommend posting them here when you can.

P.S. Freedom of speech doesn't apply here. FoS only applies to the government making laws that limit speech, but even then it's not absolute. For instance you can't just yell "fire" in a crowded theater or plan to kill the president and expect to get away with it. When it comes to privately owned businesses (i.e. Riot Games) they reserve the right to make their own rules regarding speech and reserve the right to remove you from their establishment should you not follow them.

You have an average 2.2 KDA. Your scores at never stellar, and when looking in you match history, the only winning streak I can see makes it look like you got your ass carried in a lot of these game.

See it's that kind of attitude that got you punished in the first place. And just for the record comments like this:

Are not giving feedback, that's just you yelling and raging at someone for doing/saying something that you don't like. Very few people if any are gonna learn anything by you name-calling them and yelling obscenities at them: they're just gonna mute and report you and move on. Also, what I said regarding free speech is the truth: it doesn't apply to privately owned businesses, but even if it did it still doesn't protect you from the consequences of being verbally abusive to others. Don't believe me? Well here is the Ulanopo's Knowledge Base article on it:

Doesn't apply. No really. If were talking about American law, the First Amendment only applies to the government making laws that prohibit speech and, even then, freedom of speech isn't absolute. For example, you cant incite a riot, plan to kill the president or yell fire in a crowded theater.

Also, there's nothing in the First Amendment that protects you from the consequences of your speech. People are fired all the time for making derogatory comments about their employer. My workplace, for example, has a social media policy that says that I can be terminated for badmouthing the company. They don't ask for passwords and access as some companies have been known to do, but it wouldn't be all that difficult to find me on the internet, knowing my real name, phone number and address.

You have two options here:

  1. Listen to us, post your chat logs and allow us to help you out.

OR

  1. Continue acting like you can do no wrong while simultaneously yelling and raging at those trying to help you here, thus proving that your punishment was deserved.

Your choice.

sure I think if we see that he is demoralizing my post with his 2nd grade writing aptitude. I think is a perfect way to point out ignorant posts. I on the other hand have a point to be made. I have put up with the torturous gameplay at the level. And because I find a strat that has me climbing the ladders, I get banned for it. I will not be held down by RIOT!

I got to Silver 4 last season. Ever since I brought up my win ratio I have been getting decent games. I have been playing for 5 plus years and I am telling you this is the first 3 months that I have had decent teams ever in the history of league. so whatever riot is doing it's great but on the other hand let me have the freedom of speech and understand my play style. Not your play style make room for me the player. leave me do my thing in peace.

since day 1 I was put in bronze 5. I play to win, but this is a team game. it takes 5 people to win the game. Not that I don't own the whole team at times.

I'm only mad because I got banned for telling it like it is. League is fun when everyone trys their best. I find people generally don't play their best until I bitch them out. And yes it's only in bronze. It's my escape plan.

Tbh I was banned for being able to say what I want on All chat, using the full function of it's ability to communicate with the other team. I'm stuck in a ranking system that is damned by people not taking ranked seriously. That's how it is on this level. I don't make the rules I just state the obvious.

If you're complaining about getting banned because of what you said in chat, I recommend you post the chat logs and if you've received any prior penalties. What comes off as "stating the truth" can be seen as something entirely different to everyone else.

Exactly and that's my point. I am telling you from experience. I've been playing video games and beating them for 30 years. I am not being offensive but I am playing in every way. THE game, The chat the whole experience.

Then why are you so reluctant to post the chat logs? You keep implying you got banned due to something you said, and you say you're innocent and committed no wrong. Yet you refuse to post the chat logs.

You clearly don't take ranked seriously then. I mean if you are going to focus on other people's problems first rather than your own it's quite clear you have some sort of superiority complex in these games. Show them there is a reason for you having this attitude and people will be more likely to accommodate you. But if your cs sucks, meanwhile you constantly grief, then of course you are going to get reported for harassment.

And you should know a similar adage by now "focus and improve yourself before you focus on other people"

It's not a great point. You got banned for flaming other people, which you're bizarrely presenting as some sort of secret winning strategy despite being a career bronze player.

I checked out your op.gg page, by the way. You average 3 cs per minute as a midlaner, you rush Athene's Holy Grail for some reason despite it being a support item, you consistently over-cap your CDR, and your masteries are a disaster. If you're such an involved player seeking advancement, you should put some effort into learning the metagame and getting your farm up, not some nebulous concept of psychological warfare.

Friendly banter is ok, but you don't want it to reach harassment levels.

That strategy doesn't really work on everybody since there's a mute button. You're better off expanding your champ pool, improving cs, or improving skill shot accuracy.

Yes That is why I am only critical to the game play at the moment it happened. I'm critizing these kids and there getting their panties in a bunch. It's messed up to give whinny people their way. It's a game let me speak any way I want. And for the record I Don't Harrass I state the truth about every situation the way I see it. Which is my free right. THank you very much!

Except that you're stuck in the game with 5-9 others anywhere from 15-60 minutes. The community largely doesn't want to hear talk that's centered on a particular summoner's gameplay, whether you're on the same team or not.

You agree to a set terms of service when you play this game. Chief among those is "not being a jerk" to others in game. It's your right to agree to this, and your right to say whatever you want. But when you do "state the truth" or whatever you want to call it, you'll still be subject to punishment if it crosses the line.

That's the thing, this is the first time anything has been brought to my attention. And guess what I've done nothing wrong other then cursing from excitement. So cursing would be the only questionably punishable thing I did and I can stop that no prob as long as riot gets on the same page as me. I shouldn't be banned for prevoking the other team. My start my way within the rules by far!

Well, if you've been punished, it's not really within the rules. If you don't reform, you'll eventually be banned from the game.

No. The American freedom of speech isn't impinged here. All that is happening is you being annoying and people want you to stop.

Sure you have freedom and all of that, but there are clear consequences. Post your chat logs if you honestly think there wasn't a problem with anything you say. And rather than thinking your "orders" are what is improving the game its prbly also more due to the fact that the players are better than you give them credit for

I thought this was a joke then I read the whole thing and saw that he wasn't kidding. If you can't get out of bronze after 5 years of playing then maybe League of Legends isn't your game. Bronze is incredibly easy to carry out of because 95% of people there don't know what they are doing so you just get objectives and you will win games, you don't even have to do good other than that. I have watched a top Yasuo go 0/10 and win the game for his team simply because he stayed top and farmed until he got strong and kept taking towers until the enemy team responded after he took their inhib for free.

You are absolutely correct. I Do win a shit ton of games that way. Always pulling the team to victory, but the flip side to the truth is alot of games are really really intense but sadly I can not win every game. as of right now my record shows I win half my games. There is nothing more I can do but be a victim to riots pool system.

Dude, I looked up your op.gg, your overall kdas are pretty terrible to barely average while being in bronze 4, you don't deserve to be higher. When I started this season in silver 2 my kdas quickly jumped to 3.5+ on all of my champions until I hit platinum basically.

I'm Plat after playing league for 3 years and not once I have I tried to be bm towards the enemy team for personal gain. If you really want to get out of bronze, fix your attitude and find out where you're going wrong . Watch youtube videos, pro vods, anything that can help you improve. And don't resort to low brow tactics when all else fails
