I dont know how riot wants us to be even more positive in a game with 3 pre lvl 30s against a plat and a diamond

Also in this game, I died bot lane early twice I asked veigar to not go aggro, even with a please. He then said "how bout you don't die", and the tilt initiation was set.

As you said, it was a normals game. Even though negative behavior is unacceptable in all queues, in normals (and other casual queues) it is even less reasonable to be so negative.
