I think that i was wrongfully banned, but want community feedback on the situation

So, I got permabanned from the game. I understand that i have been toxic in the past and that has lead to the classic 2 Week Ban. But ever since that i have tried so hard to be nice to people in game even when_ they're_ the toxic ones. Now, I had a 3 game losing streak at my current elo of Silver 3, i'm not in the best mood, i'm not having a great time. So when a Renekton instalocks top and forces the aatrox who said he was top and can't jungle to jungle, that grinds my gears. We get into game, Fast forward 20 minutes and me and my premade support are doing ok, while renek is 2/6 in the top lane, aatrox is 2/5 in the jungle, and our viegar mid is 0/6. Fast forward again and the game has ended, with aatrox finishing 2/9, renek 3/11 and veigar 3/12. I understand that this is no excuse but i feel as if the things i have said are not enough to warrant a permanent ban from the game. Anyway, here is my chat log from that game, and looking back i can tell you that i'm bloody ashamed of myself for being such a damn child

It's the way Riot's system works. After getting a 14 day ban you're more or less on probation, one or two mess ups and it's a perma. You're right that this on it's own doesn't seem like quite enough to merit a perma...but it is pretty negative and was preceded by things deserving of a 14 day. So they weren't really out of their rights to ban you.

It seems you really do want to improve and have been making a serious effort to. You can always start a new account and try getting back to where you are now. I know that's a frustrating thing to hear but if you want to be a positive addition to the game we'd be happy to have you back

While I am no expert in the Riot punishment system, the repeated requests to report other players is quite likely a reason, if not the reason, that you received the ban, as it is a reportable offense.

I find it interesting how alot of people say "I don't think something this minor is permaban worthy"

People need to understand that this isn't like standing in front of the courts and have people decide what your judgement will be. If the toxicity is serve, its a permaban.

The 4 levels of punishment does not distinguish its severity, but by frequency. Even if its minor, if you are just coming out of 2 week ban, the next punishment (minor or not) will be a permaban.

There's lots of opportunity to reform, yet it was constantly ignored. This is not the only game you've been toxic, and there has to be a long series of your behavior being negative that lead to your permaban.

Eitherway, from your chat I see a few instances that you'll be tagged with negative behavior:

More on the "negative" side of things than the "toxic" side of things. If you do decide to come back with a new account, relax a bit. Not everyone plays at a high gameplay level, they might have gotten a lucky streak, they may have been boosted, but it doesn't matter. If you are looking to climb in ranks, the only person you can look at to improve is yourself, and it starts with how you think.

If the game isn't going well, how about switching your thinking. Instead of continuing the game in the mindset to win, try changing your thoughts to another "objective" ... like mentally call out where the enemies are in fog of war and estimate when they will appear on your screen. That way you take your mind off the stressful game and also improve on your map awareness which you can use for later.

So you're fresh coming off your 2 week ban which you know is the last straw for your account, and your third game back you're right back to being a negative Nancy 5 lines in with this crap - "ggwp" ?

You follow that gem up typing a worthless novel that ranges in:

bitching about someone's damage,
bitching about someone's champ selection,
calling for multiple reports on players,
calling 'open mid',
bitching that your teammates are all bronze,
retaliating and devolving the chat into an insufferable, infantile shit storm for the remaining bystanders

...and you actually believe you were wrongfully banned and opted to post this log on the forum to get feedback if this behavior is ban worthy?

Nothing but negativity.

No one wants to play league and read chat full of someone complaining and pointing fingers all game.

It unfortunate that a "Permaban" does nothing since all you do is make another account and bring that kind of unwanted conduct back to the community.

Maybe in the future instead of berating your teammates you can analyze what they are doing and make positive useful suggestions to improve their gameplay, teamwork, and map awareness. Otherwise do everyone a favor and stay silent.

Here's what I see.

Constant calling for reports in the game (this is considered harassment and is indeed a reportable offense as well).
Some passive-aggressive comments by you like these:

all muted and ggwp we lose good job feeding the sooner they end the sooner i get to report all teh feeders

Accusations that your teammates have had their accounts boosted.

Definitely not the worst case that I've seen but I can definitely see why you got punished.

My advice:

Don't call for reports, ever. Doing this only makes it more likely for the players performing and/or acting poorly to keep up that continued performance and/or behavior. If you need to report someone then just do it after the game without wasting time calling for it in the chat logs. Just mute, report and move on.
Like with calling for reports, being passive-aggressive solves nothing and only makes you look like a jerk. If someone's playing and/or poorly, try to give them some friendly and respectful advice (or in the case of poor behavior, kindly and respectfully ask them to stop acting like that), and if they refuse to listen to reason, well then that's just their problem and not yours.
How do you know that they're boosted accounts? What proof do you even have of that accusation? If someone's performing poorly, then chances are that they're just having a bad game-it happens from time to time. There is never any reason to claim that someone "must be boosted" when you have no proof that they are other than an overall poor performance in a single game. Just don't do that.

Now since you say that you've gotten permabanned it means that you received 3 punishments prior to this and ignored them all. Punishments work like this:

10-game chat restriction.
25-game chat restriction.
2-week game ban.
Permanent game ban.

Also, you weren't punished for just this game alone, you were punished for poor behavior across multiple games aside from this one. I wish you the best of luck in all of your future endeavors, but I have to say that my verdict on this case is a solid punish.

P.S. It's important to note that ALL permaban cases are directly reviewed by an official Riot employee, so they deemed that you had no intentions of reforming after they went through your entire account history. You have no one to blame but yourself.

You now...they should honestly permaban people like the Rene who instalock a lane that someone has already selected. That would solve a lot of the "toxicity" issues in this game.
