So i just got permabanned and i wasn't even being toxic in the game that i was just in. I was a bit frustrated but I was not excessively abusive to any one in the game. I was just wondering if there would be a way to appeal my ban. My name in game is Smokeyzr. Looking forward to feedback.

It takes a good number of reports to trigger a review for each stage of the banning process and the final permanent ban is never automated. Somebody at Riot Games personally looked into your case and said "Yea, this guy is over the line"
Also how do you know how many games you were reported in?

Mama Soraka1 votesI don't think they changed the email format since the Tribunal went into recess. That part would likely be referring to the automated system, but I don't know, I've never had a suspension or restriction before.
Either way, permanent suspension are manually reviewed. I can find a source for that if you REALLY need it but that is just common knowledge around the PB&M forum.
Also, I hate to break it to you but your own guesswork about how many reports you have is not a valuable metric to base your whole "I shouldn't be banned for so few reports" theory around. I've been around for over 6 years now and personally only seen a handful of permanent suspensions overturned and those were always for people that had their accounts compromised beforehand and could prove it wasn't them.
If you want to keep playing, make a new account and learn to keep your temper and words in check. It isn't easy, I was taught by my parents that arguing and yelling is an acceptable outlet for your emotions when I was very young because they were not fit to be together and ultimately saw a divorce. It took a long time for me to reign in my anger problem and I still suffer today, but it CAN be done. I suggest getting somebody close to you that can cut you off if you have trouble tempering yourself when stressed out. I almost lost some friends over my problem and just gave them permission to stop me at any time I couldn't handle myself and it did wonders for my temper.

You just need some pointing in the right direction. If you do decide to make another account just always focus on you, mute people that are trying to start something with you, and only comment on your own play so you never even feel the temptation to talk trash.
It doesn't matter how other people act, its about YOU now. Report awful people, stay away from stressful environs like ranked if that's what sets you off. Personally I enjoy like 5 games in a bot matches as the weirdest off-spec builds I can think of if a match gets me tilted.
Full AP Gnar is my favorite right now, but hybrid Tristana is fun too.

That's the problem with the internet, you lose tone and sarcasm so sometimes what you say comes out different than you heard yourself saying it.

Mama Soraka2 votesEither it only took them 30 seconds to realize you needed to be banned or your account was locked mid-game and it was nice enough not to kick you out of the game and ruin it for your team.
This is further supported by the fact that the launcher and game client are two separate processes which mean the launcher can be instructed to tell you about your ban as soon as it detects the game client ending the match.
Man its like alternate explanations exist for this other than "Everything Riot says is lies"

You have to go 3 months(I'm pretty sure its 3 months, if its not I'm sure someone will correct me) before you drop a level of punishment. I'm assuming you came off your 14-day ban within the past 3 months.

Keep in mind that it's unlikely that the games sent to you were the only games in the case that led to this judgment. That's not to say it's impossible (hate speech does accelerate a case, after all), but it's pretty doubtful.
I also wonder about any previous punishments you may have received. Typically, the system scales punishment based on repeated offenses, on a ladder that looks something like this:
It's possible - even likely - that you skipped some of those steps due to escalation, but it's fairly rare for a player to skip from nothing to perma.
As a final note, while the hate speech was certainly the most egregious thing in those logs, they are nevertheless full of persistent negativity, which is also punishable. So, while I cannot say whether those logs are inherently worthy of a permaban without knowing the history of your account, I can certainly say that they are worthy of punishment.

The severity of the punishment is not based exclusively on the behavior shown in these logs. Rather, it's based on the consistency of your behavior, evidenced by the previous punishments. So all that matters, here, is that the behavior was punishable - the fact that you had been sitting on a 2-week ban is what made that punishment a perma-ban.

It's all a scam dude, hence the auto-ban-bot vs Tribunal. Tribunal read the match and the chat and have empathy.
