Is there a way to report people like this nunu for example. (after I dodged)

So I started up a ranked game of league, in champion select I came across this nunu. (It kinda forces me to dodge so I did) Is there a way to report players like this in League of Legends? If not, the should be a report button in champ select.[http://i.imgur.com/aazV6xd.png]

There is no rule against this unless they are intentionally trolling such as taking cs, feeding, etc. and you shouldn't feel forced to dodge because of this.
