Im the type of people that legit wants to win, never flames°, carries when he can, 23883923902839028390283029 pentas(dont even count them anymore) Lemme start by saying I played LoL since s3, i had tons of fun(that means also maybe saying gg ez to the opponent because thats what league is about innit), all good haha entered LoL when i was studying in England(na friends) playing at a decent ping in NA, then moving to spain still decent ping, then moving to Mexico which is NA(LAN servers in Miami? why would i rather play with these LAN people where getting diamond is ez af as my ex lan lcs player Thyak says) according to everything cept riot games which does not own a map or has ever read NAFTA. Decent ping still i mean im used to 100 ping yeno. Now, this is what I do not understand:

First of all I dont know who riot lyte was but apparently he was a sound guy, harsh when needed but otherwise nice yeno. Aite u fired him, whatever your decision.

But now. Whoever you hired its trash. Legit man, Ive been having fun carrying insulting(as in gg ez) thats what league is all about!!!!!!!!!!!! UNTIL this person came on and permad my main acc, hey I understand. My best friend got assasinated/murdered(i can link proofs obvs id rather not riot.) and Im currently on a drinking rampage, who gives a fudge innit. Ye perma its ok i was disgusting. Then 2nd acc, thingscool but yeno drinking is a thing I carry sometimes maybe sometimes i dont, ok 14 days whatever. Only allegation is like dude im still carrying but Im just telling 0/3394839048390 people to get off my games with their feeding habits. You wouldn't be banned just for saying "ggez uninstall". If you wish to discuss the validity of your punishment here, I recommend posting your chat logs. If you do not receive chat logs upon logging into the client (while under your punishment) then it wasn't for chat offenses or done by the Instant Feedback System, and you'll need to submit a Support Ticket if you need more information.

If your ban was an error (it can happen in very rare cases), you'd need to submit a ticket to contest it.

...dude, you should see something wrong by the time you get to that word. You are under no circumstances allowed to flame, not even if someone puts a gun on your forehead and threatens you to do so - though I'd flame in that case because my life > my account anyday, but that would mean I'd take the ban quietly because I know I deserve it.

Riot's standard may be confusing at times, but in your cases I think most of them are handled reasonably. I mean, back in s2 the word "uninstall" was a bannable offense, which was why players resorted to saying " reinstall" as a comedic replacement, and I wouldn't be surprised if that still holds true.

Overall, I get that you're unsatisfied with riot's reasons to take actions against you, either because you don't think they're reasonable or they're not properly explained to you beforehand. I'm afraid, though, most of them have been gone over in Terms of Uses, and your arguments so far gave me the impression that there are a lot of things that are off with your common moral senses, which may be the reason you lacked good understanding of ToS. The most obvious example would be your intention to flame at those who flame you or made you suffer by feeding. That kind of logic is acceptable up to 13 years old at most, and no I'm not trying to be sarcastic to offend you, I'm very serious, and I'm sorry I couldn't have worded it in a less anger-inducing manner.

As for pro players behaving worse (assuming what you said is true), it is indeed inexcusable on riot's end and they should take action because under no circumstance should any player be exempt from their rules. However, that's as far as you can go. You can argue that something should be done to that player, but you can't have the " if the guy driving 130km/h isn't arrested, then I shouldn't be pulled over for driving at 100km/h" mentality, let alone execute it.

This is probably the most absurd rant I've seen. I mean, clearly it takes references that you probably skimmed over and doesn't necessarily add any support to your rant. You're no pro player and you're far from the attitude it takes to be one; that's all I'm going to say. Frankly if you've had 4 accounts banned, then clearly something is wrong with your own attitude, especially if you haven't really acknowledged the change in tribunal to punishment detection. Times change just as this game does roughly every 2 weeks for the past forever now. Although not as efficient as it could be, you only seem to dig your own grave because you feel entitled to be above whatever behavioral guidelines the game and TOS sets forth to its players. You're the one who wanted to spend your money on the game just to keep sounding the way you want to sound. That doesn't invest you immunity to anything. If you're the kind of player that will express skins = talent and shame n flame those who don't live up to your standards, you're just outright toxic. Saying "gg ez" and other degrading and negative slander is toxic. This isn't Season 2 anymore as much as you want it to be.

From someone that doesn't even give a damn about where his own elo is; someone who doesn't always watch the streams or rarely looks up an online LoL Summoner profile site to get better "the easy way," I can't help but to feel bad for the kind of players who seem to think they're so good and so above everything but their attitude ultimately makes them worse than even the lowest but level headed players to play the game. DT Nami already gave you the recommendation on if you want to appeal your punishment. But given your record, I doubt you will. So by all means, leave the game. It'll be one less toxic player for others to deal with.
