Someone isn't allowed to have that name -- it just likely wasn't caught yet, as the more attentive name system is only a recent rollout and we're not sure how retroactive it is. Report it if you see it, and it'll get forcibly changed.
But yes, calling someone trash is also not acceptable.

Hiya! I just wanted to make it clear that I edited your post since that language floating around here is not acceptable just as well as in game-- and I do believe The Djinn hit the nail on the head pretty well.
Don't worry, the game won't be going anywhere. You can rest easy now and never come back. :)
Did you put in a report, or were you too busy running here to complain? Despite what you and many others seem to think, the fact that you got punished for something doesn't mean that some other person avoided punishment. There's not a limited stock.
