Community too toxic
Does anyone know if there is an actual action against toxic players ? Someone recommend a similar Multiplayer game in which the community is not that toxic? Do you think this game is dying because of its community?

Of course, the LoL community is toxic, why wouldn't it be? You get downvoted to oblivion if you don't agree with the majority, just look at some of my posts.
Nah, pretty sure there is no action being done about toxic players. No punishment at all.
If you can't stand this community, then it's time for you to leave. There is no need to announce to the world that you are leaving, because you are wasting people's time by making them read this pointless post.

No
Yeah this community is pretty toxic, especially in blinds or ranked due to egos, and that it is hell on new players since they have to level their account in games against people with fully leveled accounts. However, it can be a lot of fun to play on a team of people that you either know or that are nice (if you happen to find a few). Unfortunately, some of the changes in patches to champions and items doesn't help much in making the game less toxic.
Any competitive game you play will have toxic elements in it. I would recommend Overwatch though because in normals if shit gets too stupid you can just leave the game with NO penalty unlike this shithole.
Not toxic enough if you ask me.. all those punishments are damn frustrating, this is the most heavily censored game I ever played in, for god sake you can't even say to people to kys..
