Need a "voted off the island" during champ select

After several games today of troll picks or people crying because "their" roll was chosen before it was their turn to pick and they went that roll anyways, I think it is time for a system to vote people out for being a (how to put this nicely) TOOL. Maybe do something where is 4 of the 5 want to leave that lobby because of a "tool" then it should be allowed. I understand it might get abused but the current system is constantly being abused by the "tools".... You shouldn't have to lose Lp because of someone else's negative play
