Team mates banning your pick in Normals

Either give a free dodge to the players who got their pick banned or give them a chance to signal that unsportsman behavior.

I don't know what day is it today but in 3 matches I met severe unsportsman, trollish and assholic ppl and I'm tired to being held hostage of these people because if I do something about it I am the one getting punished.

It is not unsportsmanlike by default to ban a champion.

You would have to prove they did it with malicious intent.
