Perma-Banned for something I didn't do

So recently my main account(this one) was perma-banned for using 3rd party programs even though I swear that I have never used them before. I am the only one who knows about this account so it wasn't someone else and I'm really confused as to why I was banned. I have sent 4 or 5 tickets to riot support but they have stopped replying to them because I've kinda been spamming. The only program I used was a program called Hialgo Boost and this just increases FPS because my hampsters don't run fast enough to play league properly without this program. I uninstalled it and was looking for peoples opinions on if it is even possible to get my account back which I've spent 500-600$ on. If I don't get it back then I'm probably gonna quit league.
I love the game and the community so it's hard to say goodbye, but it seems like that's the way Rito wants it to be. Bye everyone![slayer-jinx-wink] (unless someone knows of any solutions other than spamming riot)
