It will end when matchmaking decides your MMR has been smashed and flattened down to wherever it's decided you "belong".

Are you asking if you are tilted or there is a mass conspiracy within Riot games to put you with players that they know will lose in order to fuck over a random player? Because it is absolutely because you are tilted and keep playing games when you are frustrated.

Not the best way to avoid a losing streak mate.
Really though, losing streaks are just us noticing a pattern in our recent games played. Tilt can manifest a losing streak, but avoiding tilt is easy enough by not queuing up while tilted and giving yourself time. There is no "they" that wants you to lose, there is only you playing games where one team has to win and one team has to lose.
That said some people like to quote how Riot's skill adjustment puts you against better opponents when you are playing better as evidence that Riot is trying to force you to have a 50% win rate. It's a system that allows you to face better people when you improve, but if you just had some lucky games it will knock you back down after a bit. It's not actually trying to keep you at a 50% win rate, it's trying to create a fair play environment by properly matching you with people of your skill level. A 50% win rate is just a byproduct of it working.
