Unban with new honor system

I was thinking riot should do a mass unbanning for people banned for flaming with this new honor system. i really think it most of them wouldnt be toxic because free skins > flaming if they even come back. and if they did they did flame people they would be banned quickly anyways.what is the point of a new honor system is most of the toxic players are already perma banned. i just want to play with my friend(who didnt even get a 2week ban just straight to perma ban) again on his main account who hasnt been reported once on his new one .

Wouldn't be much of a permaban if you can get unbanned.

To reward players that don't get banned.

its a Permanent Suspension. They can lift it at anytime Riot chooses if they see so fit.

But that would make it still not permanent. Sure they could do it, but they never will since the point of a permanent suspension, is that it's permanent.

You're thinking of an indefinite suspension.

Permanent means permanent. They distinguish, at least internally, between permanent (not to be lifted) and indefinite (chargeback, hacked account, etc that can be lifted after problem is resolved).

They already removed dishonorable status from people who were punished before the new system.

A permanent ban is permanent. That's one thing that has stayed constant through the years.
