Getting mad and frustrated is understandable. However, even if someone is being toxic, that doesn't give you the right to start acting toxic to him back. Doing so will only ever make the situation worse. The actions of others do not excuse your own poor behavior.

Also, just because he wasn't permanently banned like you were doesn't mean that he won't be punished for his behavior. The severity of your punishment is determined by your history with the system, although particularly extreme offenses can be escalated to the harsher punishments right off the bat. If you have been punished before, then your next punishment will be harsher than your last one, but if you haven't been punished before, then your punishment would be rather light. Punishment order is as follows:

1.) 10 game chat restriction 2.) 25 game chat restriction 3.) 14 day ban 4.) Permanent ban

So for your case specifically, you received a permanent ban because you received the other punishments in the past, but you failed to recognize that your behavior is unacceptable and change it. If you find that the other person is still playing, it's likely because he doesn't have as much of a history of being punished as you, thus he will receive a lighter punishment.

Not a single person here is going to believe you are innocent until you post your logs.

offensive language, verbal abuse, negative attitude, should not be a bannable offense in any game. if you dont like what a person says ignore them you loser. These people are the most troll people youll ever meet. If you get offended from what someone says in a video game you fail at life especially if u trolling, riot wants us to be robots
