Abuse of remaking mechanism

It occurred to me that, in unranked games, some players just couldn't get the position they want. However, they took the role they wanted and entered the game. Instead of trolling or feeding enemy team on purpose, they stay connected and just dced at 3 minute of the game, so our team couldn't start a remake vote. It happened to me once that, in ranked game, a player wanted to swap position with others as he wanted jungle but he got top. After being refused by teammate, he entered the game as usual and then stay at base till 3 mins then dced. If their is any methods to stop this kind of abuse of remake system, as they usually done on purpose by a hating player in team.
