Downgrade the punish system for "reformed" players

RIOT should come up with a way to give reformed players a less severe punishment if they show some toxicity ingame depending on how bad their behavior was, IF they have showed signs of reformation. I got a permaban ( 14-day ban thanks to the support) just now because I called a player "bad" and told them they sucked, because this jinx and soraka were flaming me (yes I main jg) saying it was my fault their lane was 0/4 by the 10 minute mark. I am pretty reformed by now, after my 14 day ban I am trying to do things right but it feels like im constantly under pressure to behave properly since any kind of offense, at all, can give me an indefinite suspention. Maybe after X number of games the system should take your next punishment down a step. Maybe after 50 games without getting any report you cant go from a 14 day ban to a 25 game chat restriction, so that way players who are trying to reform can feel less pressure when other people flame them, and yes you can mute them but that argument is not valid. Riot believe us to be some sort of machines with no feeling but we are not, we are not perfect and sometimes we want to tell a player who is being rude how we feel about the (of course im not talking about telling them to kill themselves) as long as is nothing to harsh. Also improve the honor system because once you are honor level 0 it feels like its impossible to get out of it.

The system already does do that. But it's not 50 games. If you're punished again after 50 games, that's still a 2% rate of toxicity - way too high to be acceptable.

If you're punished after 100 games. Still too often. A bad game is a rare exception to the "rule" of always be nice - not a common exception.

Reformed players know that talking this much is too distracting from gameplay to other individuals, and that is primarily the reason they are in need of reform.

Reformed players know not to speak out of frustration.

Reformed players understand that there are other players who will be quick to do their part to rid this game of negative influences, as they should do on their part.

Reformed individuals recognize that every now and then, they are going to play games with less experienced individuals, and that they are going to lose to mistakes and throws every now and then, too.
