Do you believe this is a reason to be chat restricted?

I had a bad game recently after I had a tristana jungle and was tilted. Then a support singed. In the 2nd game which was a while back, the garren support dc'd, came back and would go in without team. Udyr would chase and it was upsetting to watch. I was clearly mean but in my defense, when stuff like this happens, especially in promos, it's upsetting to deal with. Especially when the other team says freelo or gg ez when a team member was doing terrible.

Am I in the right or in the wrong?

So, when I consider what attitude I get (or the "vibe" I get) from you, the first words that pop into my mind are "combative", "accusatory", "blaming", and "superior".

You are consistently harassing your teammates in these games - always looking for someone to blame, always looking for someone to report, and then making sure that not only are you not having fun, but other players must constantly watch you harass the player(s) too. There is literally 0 lines of constructive chat anywhere in your logs. If you had said none of this, the game would not have been lost any sooner than you saying these things. You said nothing that actually was going to help the team win.

You instead decided to use chat to cause others to have a shitty game - because if you're not having fun, nobody can. You deserve the chat restriction for this - that's a warning that this type of behavior is not acceptable in League.

Ok, I really understand you. From just first 5 lines, I had that, I know how tilting it is. I know how frustrating it is. But the way reports and bans work, context doesn't matter. You flame and you flamed, you can get chat restriction or ban.

How tilting it might be, everyone is in the right to play whatever champion they want in whatever role. Both Singed support and trist jg are not unheard of. Myself I have won a game with a jinx in the jgl. There are no timestamps for your messages, I wonder when you said all these things in accordance to the time in the game.

Fact is, you are ruining the game for the other players. Me myself I am not really interested in keyboard warriors that complain about every single thing in the chat (no offense). Fact also is, it doesnt help. You are distracted, they are distracted, enemy team kills the nexus, onto the next game... What rank are you playing at if I may ask?

That's not how it works at all. It only takes one report to trigger a review, any additional reports beyond the first do nothing to affect the outcome of that review.

When a player is reviewed, their punishment (or lack thereof) is based on their behavior in that game as well as based on their track record from previously reviewed games.
