Could a Rioter explain this for me.....

Hey guys this is my first time posting on here, so forgive me if what i'm posting doesn't really belong here, as i saw this is what people who found themselves in similar predicaments would resort too(namely support ticket not being responded to in a timely manner).

I was just finishing up a game yesterday and noticed that my client was taking a while to update the post game lobby. After waiting around, i go to manually close the client and am greeted with this: "Your summoner has been banned. The client will now exit." "Well this is strange" i thought to myself. I then go to my email associated with the account and i find this : http://imgur.com/Fdeo6jO

What? [zombie-brand-mindblown] What did i violate to earn a 2 week ban? I have a good feeling this isnt a tribunal(or w/e its called) related ban, because the launcher would allow me to login to the client and i would be seeing something like this: http://i.imgur.com/PAGDpW2.jpg (and no, just in case someone asks, thats not me). Instead i got the "old school" ban, namely "This account has been suspended until blah blah blah" when attempting to login.

I dont have the faintest idea on what brought this about and would like some clarity on this matter, and if, by extension, it turns out to be a mistake that it would be reversed.

If you haven't already, I recommend submitting a support ticket asking for the information regarding your suspension. It may take a few days before you get a response, so be patient.

I do believe it's possible that your ban may have been from a manual review rather than from the current Instant Feedback System, as a manual review generally doesn't provide chat logs through the client (if this is due to something chat related).

Unfortunately, that's all I can really offer. Hopefully you get an answer from that, or someone could come here and offer more information.

Thx Zombiemaster, but as i outlined in my original post, i already submitted a ticket to player support. And while i understand that they may be a little more busy than usual, it shouldnt take more than a day to pull up an account and tell me the reason for its suspension.

yeah i know, the sooner i know the reason for my ban, the sooner i can resume playing on another account or possibly getting this one unbanned
