The Reporting System is Unfair and Here is Why

Here's some background information, I have been perma banned once, after that, i grew up and became reformed. On to my topic, about every game I play there isn't as much toxicity as there used to be. Although, I run into way more unsportsmanlike/passive aggressive conduct. When the entire enemy team is 4-5 queuing and you are your friends are just trying to have some fun. The enemies pick the most broken champions and destroy us. That alone isn't a problem, but the fact that they say things like "easy" and "you suck/get good scrub." It's all really unnecessary. On my banned account, I was hardly ever flaming anyone, but when the enemy team was doing this passive aggressive bs, I would get pissed. I think if someone provokes you, antagonizes you to the point you have to be toxic, you should get some leniency. If you can get banned because the tribunal bot scans only for curse words, but not for someone who's just being a unnecessary douche bag, who is lowkey passive aggressively flaming, that really isn't fair in my opinion. I'm not saying i should be unbanned, I am saying there should be more report options or something to fix up the community. I know you can mute people, but what if there is a way to make it to where I don't have to go to that extent.
