Sad that all I wanted to do was get better at this game. Its really hard to not become toxic when you deal with assholes every game putting you down, yet if you dont communicate you can get banned. I realize ive had some choice words, but i do go and apoligize to these people after the game. but tribunal is so broken it doesnt even matter. so there goes +$150 down the drain, and i know that isnt alot of money but its $150 of content i can never use again. simply because tribunal is broken. At the end im happy im perma banned. I started to realize that its real people on the otherside and that is how they actually problem solve. 4 enemies top, free bot tower? nope lets farm jungle and blame "me" for losing the game, so im happy i dont have to deal with morons anymore. #rocketscience and yes i was bronze but my stats were actually good. and when i que'd with plat and diamond teams i actually did very well (not carried)

Yea it is.. It's fine.. I don't mute all... I mute selectively... But I rarely say much...

Riot is on record that communicating with pings is sufficient.

I stated that i was in bronze and yeah its the worst but pings are like nothing to them and even though i give them fair warning they still go on a tangent blaming me for their death.

Doesnt matter.. They can blame you all they want.. they can report you all they want.. It's not punishable.

if its not punishable then how come ive been banned for it? like i said ive had choice words in games that i regret and apologize for. but it takes 2 people from one game no matter what the report is to get you banned or restricted.

actually yes, ive been banned for not communicating and in one instance i said "fuck" to my self once. they use the excuse assisting enemy team.

You can't get banned for not communicating. They even removed that report option because they never punished people for it alone.

communication to them is assisting the enemy team and or having a negitive attitude. ive had many games where i try to help them. but all i get is "wow he thinks hes lcs" "wow hes trash thinking hes good" when all i did was give advice.

Reports against you are verified by the system by checking various in-game metrics and chat logs. If you aren't doing anything negative then the reports will be thrown out.

Again, you can't get punished for not communicating. If you are "giving advice" that someone doesn't want, stop trying to give it to them. Whether you know what you're talking about or not is irrelevant when you're annoying them.

it actually is, over a period of time it becomes ingrained and you subconsciously start to act out what is constantly being said around you. this is why i started to realize "theres real people who are the team mates and thats actually how they problem solve."

Is your mute button broken??? You get warnings for toxicity before you get permabanned. They WARN you about this, and you go on doing it.

you do get warnings but again in bronze if you dont communicate with the team they all report you for assisting the enemy, negitive attitude, and like i said, ive had choice words but i do apologize for them after the game.

Im not saying im a good person, im just saying i really wanted to get better at the game, but i started to realize the game was bringing my sanity down. making me say terrible things i would never "in real life"

When people start being negative, mute them. Communicate with pings. Contrary to what some people try to claim, communication doesn't require actually typing in chat. Pings are perfectly sufficient. Riot has even said this. Many games, I will say nothing but "gg" at the end of the game. And frankly, a lot of people do the same. I've had a lot of games where hardly anything is said in chat at all. If silence were the same as not communicating, the majority of the player base would be banned already.

Then i dont understand the whole "tribunal has reviewed your case" and i do ping but again when people dont listen they blame you. "me"

There are a few systems in place now. Some are automatic now (like LeaverBuster). But other cases do get manually reviewed by Riot prior to any action being taken, as well. I'm guessing the template email for punishments just hasn't been updated to reflect tribunal being down.

On your second point, i'd defer to the very first statement of my previous post. Mute them when they first become negative or start throwing blame around. Then you won't know through the rest of the game if they're blaming you or not.
