Review system for games so Riot can ban people for intentionally Trolling

I believe Riot needs some sort of game review system. Hire college students or make a sector for this. But 100s of people daily get in games where people decide "hey i didn't get what i want, so I'm gonna troll, feed and make this game worthless to play for the other people." Now i know you can dodge. But when you're in promos or a ranked, why get punished for a loss for someone else's actions?

Example: Last game at around 1030am PST on 18th of Oct 2016. I Que to get a Promo game out of the way. Boom Ashe support. Now I cant dodge cause it would count as a loss. Others don't wanna loose LP because of this person. So we play it out. Ashe support decides they wanna run it down bot lane giving kill after kill after kill, Now if that is not proof enough. Ashe support bought a Frozen Mallet. Now since Ashe support is doing this, it makes everyone go on "tilt" which makes everyone have a bad experience for a game they like.

So Fellow Players of league. If you have experienced this in your games and have felt the same way I do. "Permanently ban these people from league" to make the community a little better. Please bump, share, send to Riot. Do something to get this out there.

For any Riot Employees who read this. I beg of you. Hell many many people beg of you. The reporting system IS NOT EFFECTIVE! You need to see these games for yourself to be like "Fuck, maybe that person shouldn't be allowed to Que ranked anymore for awhile"

My system I purpose is:

  1. Out source the thousands of games you will get saying "please look at this game"
  2. Let the out source determine if this is a game worth passing onto Riot to take action on.
  3. Riot Employee reviews the game and or a certain part of the game, to determine the action that should be taken
  4. No less than a 2 week ban for people "Intentionally Ruining other people's game experience"
  5. 2nd offence is a 1 month Ban
  6. 3rd offence is Permanently Banned

To whom has / will read this. Thank you for your time. As one game enthusiast to another. Please Pass this on.

no i disagree. when i get my secondary role (mid) more often than adc, i simply say "im bot" and pick adc.

You should blame Riot for even having those stupid ass secondary roles

The reporting system is effective. It works on players who are repeated offenders whether this be trolling, behavioral, or feeding.

However, trolling/feeding take slightly longer to detect than behavior due to reasons:

  1. Bad days happen. You can feed your ass off because you're getting outplayed, or just aren't thinking clearly. This does not constitute Int feeding, and the game can pick up on it, it just needs more games played to accurate predict int feeding. Especially if your next game you're doing fine and have a better score.

  2. Trolling is a loose term and has no clear definition of what is toxic/disruptive trolling. Off-meta is called "trolling" by some people, but that doesn't make it punishable or reportable. This applies to builds, champions, strategies, etc. Just because it's not meta doesn't mean it's trolling. But cases of disruptive trolling (i.e. support following jungler with smite and taking their jungle camps because of X reasons) do get caught. They just need more time to determine a pattern and make an accurate decision on the case.

It's only when it's clear that the player reported shows repeated violations of the ToS/SC that the system can fully work. This is to prevent false positive cases from happening or going through.

As for your suggestion: do you plan on funding and supplying the mass amount of resources needed to hire people to manually review games that can be 20-50 minutes long? How do these games get initially screened to ensure there is a legitimate case? You'd waste so much money, time, and resources to review the thousands of games that receive reports (legitimate and not) every day. That is simply poor business and not cost effective. They're still a business and need to make money in order to provide us with more free, good content. Having to employ hundreds, if not thousands, of employees to be able to review submitted replays of feeding/trolling would take almost forever, and serve no purpose.

An automated system is more cost effective, and helps screen the process faster before having to rely on manual review.

you belief on how the system works is .. kidda wrong.

Int. feeding is punished. You might not just see it cos the system's visibility is bad.
