Opinion about permanent banning system.

Hi guys,so today i got permanent banned after a 14 days ban.I think that was not fair because I didn't insult anyone.I was just yelling(caps lock) at my teammates telling them what to do,I got triggered because a player refused to help me when he could so easy.In rest I didn't insult anyone or said a single bad word to someone,tho i talked with my friend there too at the start where the only bad word was "fart" lol.Check out the ss links of the chat.Tell me your opinions, did I deserve to get permanent banned for this? (I wanna say that i got permanent banned 20 seconds after the game , instantly).

Yelling at your teammates and threatening to troll them will do it, yeah.

It's generally accepted that all caps = yelling.

Putting that aside, you continually escalate the argument throughout the game, rather than just muting people (which you even state that you do in the fifth screen shot, yet keep on talking), and you threaten to throw the game at least twice.

Where exactly is he saying he will throw the game? The only thing he said was that he won't gank again, even if you consider it a throw, then it was still just once not "at least twice". Imo it's also understandable when he's telling them what to do if these are actually good things to do. The people that cannot take a good advice should be the ones getting banned. If they don't like what he's saying then they should mute him instead. I mean, the mute button is there for a reason. Why should someone who's not even flaming get auto-banned?

Yelling/threatening to troll? Oh come on he's not insulting them neither giving any real threats. The mental pressure right? They're going to die from it right? Like, why would it matter if he says he's not going to gank if he doesn't actually do that? It's not a death threat. There's really nothing wrong about his words. Has anyone checked the game? No. If he got banned just because a few people reported him and he had a 2 weeks ban before, then the system is not really working.

Both are threats of trolling. It doesn't matter if they're "real" threats or not - the only way I could assume they're "real" threats is if he follows through on them, but regardless, he did threaten to troll.

Even if he did ultimately gank lanes or protect Nexus, he was still threatening to intentionally disrupt the game and make it harder for everyone to win.

As for there being "nothing wrong about his words", he was extremely argumentative, in-fighting with his teammates way too much, and on top of all that, I'm surprised you missed over the part where he calls for reports against Zed. That's harassment.

Altogether, he didn't get banned "just because a few people reported him and he had a 14-day ban before" - he got banned because someone reported him, and in that match he was clearly breaking the rules by flaming, arguing with, and harassing his teammates. The permanent ban is simply the next (and last) punishment tier above a 14-day ban.

The system's working fine.

Ok so let's take this calmly i will explain something.Report in the first place isn't flame or harassment, is an opinion,when u say report zed,ur just saying your opinion that someone deserves a report,and that phrase where i said about the nexus was because i was deffing the nexus from the big minions and my team was flaming me because i was just "FARMING" instead of helping them to take the baron. That's why i said that.I didn't harass anyone dude that's childish for real.

According to Riot it is! Had you read the ToS/Summonors Code would you know that. Its consider harassment since its never needed to tell/ask people to report because of how the actual system works. Since it was never based on how many reports people got when getting reported.

Calling for reports and threatening to afk farm is worth a punishment. The fact that you were just coming off a 14 day ban meant that any offense worth a punishment would result in a perma. So yes, this ban is justified.

They didn't even check the chat..please..trust me ..10-20 seconds after the game ended i got banned ,I don't think that anyone could read that chat all that fast.

I didn't mute one of my teammates because he was the only one that was rlly caring about the game and communicating about it and not just flaming me or blaming. But then he did that too.
