Opinion about permanent banning system.

Hi guys,so today i got permanent banned after a 14 days ban.I think that was not fair because I didn't insult anyone.I was just yelling(caps lock) at my teammates telling them what to do,I got triggered because a player refused to help me when he could so easy.In rest I didn't insult anyone or said a single bad word to someone,tho i talked with my friend there too at the start where the only bad word was "fart" lol.Check out the ss links of the chat.Tell me your opinions, did I deserve to get permanent banned for this? (I wanna say that i got permanent banned 20 seconds after the game , instantly).
