Chances of resolving a account-hacked issue before season end?

Hello everyone, Long story short, my account got hacked and banned, because that person just ran it down and flamed all game long, while i was happily sleeping in bed.

I understand that i have ** CHANCES** of still receiving end of season rewards, but i highly doubt i will receive an answer before the season ends... Which is very unfortunate.

Is there anything i can do becides writing a support ticket and hoping for the best?

I wanted to get double challenger or even tripple challenger ( even tho i am too bad for that ) , but i guess my dreams are over now :(

If your account was issued a behavior ban:

The first step is to recover the account through a ticket, then request they remove the ban since it was compromised. After that, you will have to ask them to manually issue rewards if you don't get them, and assuming they remove the punishment they should give you the rewards no problem. The general rule is that bans that are overturned, removed or reduced do not generally remove eligibility for rewards, but it may not give you them automatically.

If your account had a protective "perma ban" for being compromised

The account should still receive the rewards automatically as this type of ban does not affect the eligibility in the system. In that case they should be waiting for you when you recover the account. There could always be an issue where they aren't, but considering you shouldn't be ineligible, you should just have to ask them for it and they should be able to help you out :)

If your account had an indefinite ban for a chargeback or other account issue

As with being compromised, it should not affect eligibility in any way

There's still 5 days before season ends, that's plenty of time for them to investigate and revert the punishments if the story is true.

Even if they went over the deadline, they can manually add the rewards back into your account.

The only downside is that you won't be able to play right now, so if you need games and to climb, then you're out of luck.
