Also, you were intensively negative in all 3 games by name-calling your teammates, giving up right at the start with the "open mid" comment, and telling someone to "k.ys", of which Riot takes 0 tolerance & will issue a suspension.

Usually cases like this SHOULD warrant you an instant permanent ban, so let's say you got lucky.
