Recently I been trying to get another level 30 account of mine that was hacked back, so I contacted Riot support, and they confirm I was the creator yet they permabanned because it was compromised & will refuse to unbanned it. I even asked for them to send me to the fraud department and a Riot support team sent this.

"fter looking into your issue I was able to find that your concerns were already addressed in ( addressing my ticket number). As we have previously mentioned in that reply, there is nothing else we can do for you in this situation. We have thoroughly investigated the issue and provided you with our definitive answers on the subject.

YET Streamers & pros have been hacked before and got their account back. So if I lose my account, It's my fault and I deserve the permabanned yet when a Famous streamer or LCS PRo loses their account due to a hacker, it's okay, here you go! How about follow your own policies riot?

Riot doesn't care. They have your money for skins. It's highway robbery man. You invest in the game and there's nothing holding them to taking care of you as a customer. They're too big of a company to have to worry about customer service.

Easy fix: Play Dota. What happened to you, happened to me. If you get hacked on Dota, valve will be sure to fix it and not blame you for getting hacked.

Feel ya, got hacked & perma'd. My 8 year, $1,000 spent, all champs, plat account. Perma'd. They dont give two fucks. They got my money.
