You see in the glorious dota 2 system we would silence people like you and the other person. You both could still play just no chat for either of you.
Don't like it then do what I do maintain multiple accounts in lol and don't spend money on them. Then learn to not use chat again since Riot bans people fast for having any form of a spine, use discord instead. Discord is faster has less typing and you can say whatever you want. Someone doesn't join then thats fine they might be toxic anyway so just mute them in game. Simple as that.
Then go to the primary game I play on now Dota 2. There you can say stuff and the worst thing that will happen is a silencing of your account so you can't talk in the in-game chat anymore but can still use pings. No ban, no money lost. Riot sets up their ban system to make money, anyone wants to say different clearly doesn't know the economics of banning accounts and the amount of money riot makes off it.
You want a less toxic community go to Dota 2 their system is designed to stop toxicity, League's system is designed to make money. That or learn to never type in chat since it will get you banned. They will say there is no reason to be toxic, I agree but I don't agree with their stance of having no backbones and standing up to clear bullies. Context is a thing for a reason, but Riot ignores it so they can ban more accounts so they thus earn more money.
So three choices: learn to not ever talk in chat in LOL or play Dota 2 where voice chat is a thing and people are less toxic since mics are a thing and you can discuss your concerns much faster through a mic than a textbox chat. Third choice is do 1&2 together but only if you like MOBAS like me. (type 101 if you read this far and want to let me know you can read when you comment)
But the choice is yours I like both games for different reasons. But I gave up on actually trying to help my teams in LOL a long time ago, the Riot's absurd policies have blackened my heart toward everyone in this game now I just see the ones that don't ever use discord and want to talk to me as imbeciles that don't deserve me typing to them . That is why you mute all of them at the start and tell them if they don't join discord don't try to talk to ya they aren't worth your time. They are degenerates that can't learn to not hide behind the Riot ban system, they are cowards and know they are. They will act smug at every turn and not listen to a thing you typed. They are pure scum to put it bluntly.
Also don't listen to these boards they come here to get their jimmies off on telling you that you are toxic. Also there are multiple kinds of self righteous people here so you'll never talk sense to them. Just ignore them and move on.

I will be downvoted but that is nothing new they are but sheep that bleat the same tune over and over never thinking for themselves. I will continue to carry on to try to help the few that might listen.
