i just wanna know why when we send a tiket to riot we got ansswers by robots 2 weeks ago I got banned for no reasons and I am pretty sure I never did something wrong in league of legends and the reason was 3rd part programes . and when I tried to text riot I got every time the same answer frome diferents user so I relized that I was talking with robots . and when I ask riot just for a reason to avoid it in future cuz I am afraid to fall in the same problem again they said they can't go in details for security reasons ... i just wanna know if there is some programs that can be detected as a cheat on lol system even if they are not for cheating such as Anti virus and Autocad to remove it in order not get banned again thanks for reading .

Antivirus usually will not do anything to affect league, and AutoCAD certainly won't. You shouldn't have to change your habits or normal program use, because none of those programs interact with league. Antivirus might, but I would think that as long as it doesn't run a scan of the league files while you're playing a game then you're probably fine. I don't actually know how they detect scripts, but if you're worried then it is better to err on the side of caution and not use programs that could access the files for league or otherwise interact with other programs that are running in parallel.

There is no way to email Riot Support, you have to submit a ticket to their help system. That's the only way to get help.

It's not that you were talking to robots, they just have a handbook as to which responses to give based on the circumstances. This is to keep them from putting the company in a difficult position by saying the wrong thing.

Would you care to share what it was that you were told repeatedly?

Real people does review your tickets. Often you recieve a copy-paste that fits. Im not saying that it's right, but that's how they do it.

They cannot disclose ANY information about your ban. Doing so would introduce MAJOR security flaws.
