THE DODGE BUSTER NEEDS TO BE 2 WARNINGS THEN THE 5 MINUTES AND AFTER THAT 20 MINUTES EVERYTIME I WANT TO WIN RANKED BUT IN BRONZE PEOPLE GO ALL AD OR AP AND YOU HAVE TO DODGE BUT IF THE KEEPS HAPPENING ITS SO ANNOYING

My intuition tells me this poll might be slightly bias.
Trust me, that's not why you can't win in bronze 5. I, among many others, would be willing to help you but judging by your post it seems like you'd rather blame others than actually improve. If you do want to improve though let me know.
I know you are angry, but don't write in all caps. It is hard to read and makes you look like a person that can't be reasoned with.
Writing in ALL CAPS makes your post troll bait and many good people wont read it because of the caps. Also if you make a poll with the same message twice you look unreasonable.
My intuition is also telling me that someone needs to get good to carry themselves out of low ELO.
